Warranty Principle

For products that are defective in material or manufacturing process, we will use original or similar model parts to repair or replace them with new ones.

Damage during normal use

In the unlikely case of damage or appearance defects due to process or structural problems, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Warranty Period

Repair or replacement

First of all, we apologize to customers who need to carry out after-sales service, so after-sales orders will be arranged and processed with the fastest priority.

You can continue to use the product if the damage does not affect the safe use of the premise, other after-sales will be based on the specific situation to return to the repair or replace with new parts, for example: if the frame has quality problems, we will return to the repair or replace the frame separately (does not include the fork, seatpost and other components that do not have quality problems)

Repair/replacement products need to recall defective products, the specific conditions, please consult the ONIRII official customer service to determine, after receiving the after-sales application, we will feedback after-sales product delivery time.

About after-sales

After signing for the product, if you have any questions about the appearance or performance of the product, you can ask the dealer or ONIRII official customer service to replace it, and then please protect the product as required and return it , without installation and use of traces of the product does not affect the second sale of the product can be returned or replaced!

Processing of Discontinued Products

Even if the product has been discontinued, we will still keep a small amount of inventory to deal with possible after-sales orders, if the product does not have any inventory, we will negotiate to replace the corresponding new product (if the difference in price between the old and new products, you can make up for the difference in price to replace the same product with higher quality) If there is no difference in price, we will replace the new model for you!

About Recall

All products with quality problems must be recalled and replaced by ONIRII to eliminate the situation of disturbing other consumers after entering the market.

What is not covered by the warranty?

1. Appearance of the product: Paint or appearance wear caused by normal use.

2. Loss and wear during normal use of the product: inner and outer tires, cassettes, chains, handlebar tapes, brake pads, pedals, bearings for the whole bike, shifter and brake cables, handlebar grips, saddles, cassette teeth, chainrings, etc. (Specific details are based on the product detail page, or consult the official customer service of ONIRII)

3. Damage caused by crash, misuse, rental, improper maintenance, accident, bump, corrosion, use of corrosive cleaning agents, the use of incompatible components, improper operation resulting in damage to the product

4. Intentional alteration, defacement and wear of the product serial number or production code.

 5. Damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure.

After-sales disagreements

If your after-sales application is recognized as non-warranty, and you disagree with the result, we can carry out further testing services for you, and provide a test report, based on the results of the test, to determine the bearer of the test costs. Please note that the test may cause irreversible damage to the product (please contact customer service for details).

ONIRII reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its discretion. We also reserve the right to decide on the exact type of product to be replaced. In case of any disagreement, we also reserve the right of final interpretation.
