3D printing four-dimensional independent support system

Adopting high-precision 3D printing technology to create 4 independent support areas, and intelligently regulating the density of the zones.

①High-density support in the sciatic area: carbon fiber reinforced base + PU, stable support for the sciatic bone, more direct force;

② perineum area super soft cushioning: honeycomb hollow structure, reduce soft tissue compression by 60%, long distance riding without numbness;

③Tail extension design: 15mm longer tail, adapted to the TT aggressive forward posture, front and rear micro-adjustment range increased by 30%, easy to find the “rider- bike unity” power point;

④Low friction surface layer on the inner thigh: bionic micro-textured non-slip fabric reduces friction loss and maintains high-speed pedaling stability.
